Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generator 

Basic salary range is £27,000 to £35,000 plus uncapped OTE/Commissions

 

We are Tritility, one of the UK's leading Energy Procurement Consultancies. Specialising in spend and category management across Utilities. Designed to deliver margin protection, value creation and NetZero solutions that help your business thrive. We are instrumental in helping companies control their costs across Gas, Electricity, Water and Solar.

We are a sales organisation; we sell to CFOs, CEOs, Founders, COOs, and Procurement leaders. If you're the kind of person who can walk into a networking event and start chatting with anyone, then you make a lot of money here.  For many of our colleagues, life changing.  

 

Previous Experience: 

  • Previous career success in new B2B business sales, such as SDR, sales executive, or business development type role.

  • Industry experience, SaaS, Software, IT Services, Technology, Professional Services, Subscriptions, Utilities, Commercial Real Estate 

  • Has a previous track record of hitting sales targets and driving sales revenue 

  • Inbound contact centre or B2C outbound contact centre experience is not of interest. 

 

Your tool kit.

  • Skilled in new business sales or telesales or as a Sales Development Rep (SDR)

  • Has a previous track record in new business sales (not in a contact centre) 

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven 

  • You must be a “conversation starter”

  • An influencer, someone who creates sales opportunity

  • Build rapport and trust 

  • Is resilient, tenacious, and wants to win

  • You could say “competitive” 

  • If you spoke to a customer two weeks ago, they remember you today, so.. “charismatic”

  • Understands that listening is more important than talking 

  • Experienced in selling to business owners and leaders.  

  • Professional, credible and hold standards
