To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our online presence. About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Tritility, you will be responsible for implementing, and optimising our digital marketing strategies across key online channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through effective organic and paid activity, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.
This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on campaign management experience, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and performance optimisation.
Reporting to our Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads.
Lead the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing activity, managing priorities effectively and ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard and aligned with wider business objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a particular focus on organic and paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, blogs and campaign performance.
Review campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track ROI, identify areas for improvement, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with both sales and other internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with departmental objectives, ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to conversion.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring:
This position would suit a candidate with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
The role would be a perfect fit for a candidate who is also able to demonstrate the below:
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tactics and channels, with particular experience in organic and paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, HubSpot, and digital advertising platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to support marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Experience using HubSpot for campaign delivery, reporting, and lead management is highly desirable. Additional certifications in digital marketing (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
This is a hybrid role based at our Jarrow office, with the option to work from home 2 days per week if desired. Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm, with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday.
